It is Debt Free After All's policy not to sell or market our clients' nonpublic personal information to
third parties without your consent. Such information is used solely in the conduct of our business and to provide
high-quality services to our clients.

is reasonably necessary to provide our services. In addition, in connection with providing services to you, we may also
share your nonpublic personal and personally identifiable information with our affiliates.
Although we may analyze and collect your nonpublic personal information internally for the purposes of compiling statistics,

When enrolling, certain information is collected from new clients, including such items as:
Debt Information, Credit Card Account numbers, Loan Account numbers and Balances. Personal Information such as Social
Security Numbers, Residence Address, Phone numbers, E-Mail Addresses, Salary, Occupation, Employer, Age, Date of Birth and
Gender. Budget Information such as Total Assets, Total Monthly Expenses and Other Income you may have.
Debt Free After All reserves the right to release such information to law enforcement agencies or other governmental
officials as we deem necessary to comply with the law.
Amendment Policy:
Debt Free After All reserves the right to amend this provision at our sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to this provision will be
communicated to you via our web site at the time of implementation and will apply only to that nonpublic personal information
collected from you after the date of implementation.
